Customer Support Administrator

Job Overview

Under the direction of the Customer Support Co-ordinators the Customer Support Administrator serves as the administration hub for the Customer Support Department.

They are responsible for making judgements and discretionary decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures that affect the operations of the organisation and effectively communicate those judgments and decisions to the customer and members of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all completed job sheets are processed in accordance with time frames specified in procedures.
  • Process all quotations within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Take all credit card payments for Proformas.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations.
  • Chase sub-contractors for job updates.
  • Chase manufacturers for updates on warranty calls.
  • Provide customers with proactive updates and follow up requirements.
  • Assist Co-ordinators in processing invoices.
  • Update asset lists as required.
  • Process and verify engineers time sheets.
  • Receive and distribute post.
  • Ensure system database is maintained as necessary.
  • Process all incoming emails to generic email box on a rota basis.
  • Serve as back up to other colleagues in the Customer Support Team.
  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc.
  • Maintain all departmental housekeeping standards.

  • A flexible and proactive approach to daily tasks is required as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate on all levels.
  • The ability to nurture internal and external customer relationships.
  • As the position calls for a high degree of accuracy, often under pressure, good problem solving and time management skills are vital.
  • A willingness to question processes and procedures.
  • The ability to quickly acquire and assimilate instructions.
  • Completer – Finisher.
  • The desire to take on additional responsibilities and progress.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Expansive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • A working knowledge of a CRM system.

Field Service Engineer

Covering the Bristol and surrounding areas. 

Multi Skilled Engineers required with experience in servicing and repairing electric and gas catering equipment across all varieties, you will join a team of engineers completing quality works throughout the UK. Gas Safe registered engineers with COMCAT 1,3 & 5 required, with additional electrical qualifications preferred. F Gas 2079 or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Excellent package and benefits, including competitive pay, company vehicle (with personal usage), pension scheme etc.

Proof of the right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving license essential.
