Sales Administrator

C&C Catering Engineers are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team. Based in our sales office in Queensferry, you will be a key contact for our customers. Handling their enquiries from the initial contact through to delivery of the product as well as looking after all after sales needs.

This exciting and varied role will be well suited to a self-motivated individual with ambition to progress their career. Experience of the catering equipment industry Is desired but not essential as full training will be given.

Tasks to include but not limited to:
– Speaking to customers and suppliers over the phone.
– Negotiating with suppliers.
– Placing orders.
– Collating orders and preparing orders for delivery.
– Liaising with the delivery team to ensure delivery dates are achieved.
– Invoicing.
– Resolving invoice queries.
