C&C Catering Engineers Ltd is pleased to have completed another scheme for Gary Usher, following the success of his previous crowd-funded locations. The latest venture, Wreckfish in Liverpool, required brand new catering facilities over several areas, and C&C Catering Engineers were delighted to be involved again.

As well as the main kitchen area, C&C also supplied and installed equipment in the dishwash area, the main bar, and the cellar bar, as well as supplying the kitchen and bar sundries. Brands on the scheme included Rational, Blizzard, Hobart, Inomark, Maidaid, and Metcalfe, with works taking place over a three day period.
