Following an urgent call from Hispi bistro, C&C Catering Engineers Ltd were required to attend the Didsbury site on a Sunday evening, and were pleased to have attended the restaurant within 90 minutes of the initial call, highlighting the company’s dedication to customer service.

A grill in the newly-opened bistro’s kitchen required re-mounting, and C&C Catering Engineers Ltd’s sister company C&C Catering Fabrications Ltd were able to create a bespoke stand the next morning to ensure complete security for the piece of kit.

The engineers then fixed the grill onto its new stand, allowing the kitchen to deliver its usual Monday lunch service. C&C Catering Equipment Ltd’s MD Peter Kitchin commented, “We strive to deliver a top-class customer service, and were pleased to be on site promptly on Sunday evening.
