When one of C&C Catering Engineers’ existing clients recently found themselves in a spot of bother, we were only too happy to help.  Ribble Valley Inn’s, part owned by renowned chef Nigel Haworth, have already worked with C&C Catering Engineers on past projects and recently acquired The Nag’s Head in Haughton Moss, Cheshire.  When the pub kitchen’s dishwasher developed a sudden breakdown, it was C&C Catering Engineers that Nigel turned to for emergency assistance.

Of course, responding to emergency catering dishwasher repairs and maintenance quickly is one of our specialties and a good relationship with major manufacturers and knowledge of their equipment is essential in keeping our customers happy.  When the client decided that replacement rather than repair was their preferred option, our Managing Director, Ian Berrow, paid a late night visit to The Nag’s Head to view the machine personally and to arrange for a new commercial dishwasher to be delivered and installed in record time.

“We were delighted to be able to assist Nigel and his team and thanks to sound organisation, delivery and installation, it was business as usual at The Nag’s Head.” said Ian.  “From the initial phone call reporting the problem, we were able to ensure an emergency installation in just over a 24 hour period.  We are very happy with that timeframe and the engineers did an excellent job in installing the new machine swiftly and efficiently.”
